About Us

Broderick Bros Ltd was established in 1927 and incorporated in 1945 as a fully owned Irish company, which it remains today.  The company is based in Clondalkin with a current total staff of 75.

Brodericks South, based in Cork was added in 2015 to allow us to better service the Cork & Munster market. The company in based in Blackpool.

Brodericks are involved in the supply and service of professional equipment to all sectors of the Irish food industry across the 32 counties of Ireland.

Brodericks have been supplying Victorinox knives to the Irish market for more than 40 years including retail to shops, industrial to the food processing industry and professional knives to chefs and universities.  All knives come with the Victorinox guarantee of quality synonymous with the Broderick Bros Limited name in Ireland for quality, service and delivery.

Swiss Army Knives were added to the range 5 years ago and these are supplied into the retail sector in Ireland.
